Rental Logics Kerala — Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Rental Logics Kerala (RENTALLOGICSKERALA.COM), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a bike or scooter rental.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a vehicle.
• A valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type is mandatory.
• A government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) is required at the time of pickup.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website.
• An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Prices listed are for a 24-hour rental period unless stated otherwise.

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with Indian traffic laws.
• Sub-renting the vehicle to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period.

4. Kilometer Limits

Each rental includes a daily kilometer limit as specified in the tariff. Additional kilometers will be charged at the rate specified for the vehicle type.

5. Damage & Liability

The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

6. Insurance

All vehicles are covered with basic insurance. However, the renter may be responsible for deductible amounts in the event of an accident or theft.
